Web & Graphic Design Portfolio
Below is a taste of my work, in three delicious flavors: web, print, and identity. My specialty is web design, of course, but that hasn’t kept me from venturing into the analog world from time to time. And on rare occasions, I have been known to take on identity work, though I prefer to leave that to those more knowledgeable.

Chez Stacy
January, 2010
Stacy Plackowski loves food. But not just any food. Good food. Good organic food. She’s always been passionate about the subject, but when she developed Endometriosis in her early 30s, this foodie began taking good nutrition seriously. The end result was a degree from Bauman College and the start of budding personal chef and catering service in San Francisco, California. Her site needed to showcase her services quickly and easily. Of course, looking tasty was a key ingredient too. And Stacy’s been getting rave reviews since the site launched.

Prokopets Studio
October, 2009
Vitaliy & Candace have been two of the best friends a guy could ever have. So when it came time for their new photography business to get online, I happily agreed to design it. Vitaliy has an artist’s eye for well-composed shots and that skill shines through in all his photography. If you’re in the Bay area, give them a call. These two have a rare enthusiasm for what they do.

KJH Consulting
August, 2009
Karen Hartnett is a banking executive with a wealth of experience. When she started her independent consulting firm she knew she needed a website but didn’t think she needed a big one. I agreed. The result was a one-page site that covered all the bases. The combination of great content, a sharp design, and no clutter worked together for a great start to Karen’s new business.

Gurry Wedding
March, 2009
For our wedding I wanted to develop a strong identity that could be used for invitations, programs, a website, table decorations, you name it. The end result was a tight-knit, cross-media design that pulled the whole wedding together visually.

January, 2009
When it was time to start his own therapy practice, George Beukema needed help establishing a solid business. He was looking for a website, logo, and accompanying business cards and letterhead—the whole package. Gurry Design teamed with Scottyman Media to deliver just what George needed. Almost immediately after the site went live, George began getting rave reviews from his colleagues in the field. And George loved it too. “Thank you for persisting with me… staying with me… working so hard to listen to me,” he said. You’re very welcome, George.
